The Studio
Mini-Max Studios is led by Kevin Qi and Eva Yan, bringing together design thinking, interior sensibility and practical construction insight.
Our work is grounded in close collaboration, clear judgement and an understanding of how design decisions translate into real, buildable outcomes.
As a small, hands-on studio, we remain closely involved in every project—from early conversations through to delivery.
