The Elevation House

A modern sanctuary shaped by light, calm and quiet precision.

Conceived as a study in refinement, this residence explores light, proportion and material clarity across three sculpted levels. Settled gently into the hillside and softened by surrounding greenery, the home carries an atmosphere of quiet elevation—defined by controlled geometry and a warm, contemporary palette.

A measured interplay of volume and light shapes the experience. The double-height dining void draws daylight deep into the interior, while long horizontal lines and full-height openings extend the living spaces toward the garden and pool. Indoors and outdoors merge into a single continuous realm, creating moments that feel intentional, relaxed and deeply connected to place.

Spaces often considered utilitarian are reimagined: the reception lounge forms a composed arrival sequence, the wine cellar becomes a curated showcase, and the gym a private retreat. Above, three refined suites and a calm family lounge establish a sanctuary of privacy and softness—balancing openness with retreat.

At its essence, Elevation House is a contemporary home grounded in serenity and precision—where architecture, landscape and light converge to offer a life lived with clarity, ease and quiet luxury.
